DoubleCOOL strategy

Organization

DoubleCOOL by Lippert designs, manufactures and distributes its acrylic door systems in-house, serving both the retrofit market and OEM producers of refrigerated cabinets, wall chillers, drink fridges and walk-in coolers worldwide.

Innovation

DoubleCOOL invented the patented, frameless cast acrylic cooling door and continues to develop new solutions, including support for low-GWP refrigerants such as propane and CO2.

Culture & Development

Founded in 2014 as part of Polyplastic B.V. a company with more than 70 years of acrylic expertise. DoubleCOOL is now part of a team of more than 400 people, based at the Rotterdam head office and the Tholen production facility.

Sustainability
